Emily and Dan's engagement photos at St. James Farm were pure gold - LITERALLY. We got the most beautiful golden light that got even better with time. We started in a row of trees that Emily loves (she even dreamed of getting married there)! We chased the light around the property for a while after that, ending in a field right as the sun was setting. We took plenty of jacket/mitten breaks, but I swear - looking at these photos you wouldn't even know it was 40 degrees out!
In case y'all didn't know, Emily is Ryan's sister! So we have been pretty involved in this love story. I remember two years ago, the April before they were graduating college, Emily mentioned some guy named Dan. They started dating, and little did we know - Dan would soon become a member of the family. It is such an honor to be able to capture the love of people you know and love!
